MCF has access to information that you voluntarily provide through email or other direct contact. MCF does not sell or rent this information. It is used to respond to you and may be shared outside the organization only when needed to fulfill your request or process a donation.
Unless you ask MCF not to, the organization may contact you by email with community updates or changes to this policy.
Your Choices
You may ask what information MCF has about you, request a correction or deletion, opt out of future contact, or raise a concern by emailing info@moragacommunityfoundation.org.
Online Donations
Online donations are processed by PayPal. Information entered during PayPal checkout is subject to PayPal’s terms and privacy practices.
Gift and Refund Policy
By making a charitable gift to Moraga Community Foundation, a 501(c)(3) organization, the donor understands that charitable donations are generally not refundable. If you believe a gift was made in error, contact info@moragacommunityfoundation.org promptly.
